PC specs you submit

When you run an analysis, the hardware specs you enter are sent to our servers to generate your report. If you create an account, saved builds are stored against it; otherwise analyses are kept anonymously so we can improve the scoring engine.

Cookies & basic analytics

We use a small set of cookies to keep the site working (e.g. remembering your cookie choice) and Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, rough location, device type. This does not include session recording.

Session recording (Microsoft Clarity)

With your consent (see the cookie banner), we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized sessions and generate heatmaps, so we can see how people actually use the site and fix confusing or broken flows. Clarity masks text inputs and other sensitive fields by default; we additionally mask anything that looks like personal information (names, emails, addresses) in the numeric fields on our forms. Recordings do not include your PC specs' analysis results tied to your real identity unless you're signed in and choose to share account details with support.

You can accept or decline this at any time — declining means the recording script never loads for you. Microsoft's own privacy terms for Clarity are at learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/faq.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to Amazon include an affiliate tag. As an Amazon Associate, WillItGame earns from qualifying purchases; this doesn't change the price you pay.
